Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged after delivery

Reporting a Problem

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To assist with your request, please provide:

Failure to report issues within a reasonable timeframe may affect eligibility for return or exchange.


Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement product may be shipped.

Replacement items are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

  • Returned products must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Cheaps Cigarettes is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.


Damaged or Faulty Products

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Cheaps Cigarettes reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Failure to complete age verification

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

Where applicable, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
